Survival of the Fittest does not explain Arrival of the Fittest

This is a tooth pick. It is rounded, about 2 ½ inches long, composed of White Birch, and tapered down to a point at one end. If you found this object on the side walk you would rationally conclude that it was made by someone who is more intelligent than itself. You may never have seen the maker of the toothpick but it would be foolish to assume that a tree just happened to shed a stick with these characteristics.

You are a self constructing, self functioning, self maintaining, and self reproducing creature able to read this information about the toothpick. The reason your body can perform these amazing tasks is because every one of your cells contain millions of lines of information compacted into the most advanced operating system in existence that we call DNA. Since information never arises by statistical processes and DNA is more elaborate than anything man has ever made, it would also be rational to conclude that DNA was made by someone more intelligent than man.

Exodus 20:11
For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is...

In the beginning (about 6,000 years ago) God created the perfect universe. After sin entered the world “natural selection” started to cause the less fit or less suited to die. Natural selection is therefore the opposite of evolution because evolution requires new and more complex genetic information, but natural selection can only select from the genetic information that already exists. Survival of the Fittest does happen, but this still does not explain the Arrival of the Fittest.

In the Multimedia section are several resources to help you better understand the Biblical worldview and the absurdity of evolution.
